Mathew 28: 18-20

heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them
to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always,
even to the end of the age. Amen.
We, the New Testament Holiness Church family of believers are working towards the
mission that GOD has declared for his body, to grow in the grace and in knowledge of
our Lord and to let a dying world know that he has risen from the dead to save a dying

HAVING RECEIVED CHRIST AS MY LORD AND SAVIOR, AND
BEEN BAPTIZED, AND BEING IN AGREEMENT WITH THE
COVENANT AND STATEMENTS OF COMMITMENT, I NOW
FEEL LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT TO UNITE WITH THE NEW
TESTAMENT HOLINESS CHURCH FAMILY.  IN DOING SO, I
COMMIT MYSELF TO GOD, MY FAMILY, AND TO THE OTHER
MEMBERS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT HOLINESS CHURCH
TO DO THE FOLLOWING:



1. I COMMIT TO PROTECT THE UNITY OF MY CHURCH

*By acting in love toward other members (Romans 14:19)
*By refusing to gossip (Ephesians 4:29)
*By following my leaders (Hebrews 13:17)

2. I COMMIT TO SHARE THE RESPONSIBILITY IN MY
CHURCH:

*By praying for its growth (1Thessalonians 1:1-2)
*By inviting the unchurched to attend (Luke 14:23)
*By warmly welcoming those who visit (Romans 15:7)

3. I COMMIT TO SERVE THE MINISTRIES OF MY CHURCH:

*By discovering my gifts and talents (1 Peter 4:10)
*By being equipped to serve by my Pastors (Ephesians 4:
11-12)
*By developing a servants heart (Philippians 1:27)

4. I COMMIT TO SUPPORT THE TESTIMONY OF MY  
CHURCH:

*By attending faithfully (Hebrews 10:25)
*By living a Godly life (Philippians 1:27)
*By giving regularly through tithes and offerings (Leviticus
27:30)


ALL:  “But this shall be the covenant that I will make with
the house of Israel;  After those days, saith the Lord, I will
put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts;
and will be their God, and they shall be my people.”
